The Ritz Theatre & LaVilla Museum is a city managed facility that is governed by rules and regulations set forth by City Council of the City of Jacksonville. As such, we are not at liberty to waive or reduce rental fees. A 7% Florida Sales Tax will be computed on all costs unless written proof of being tax exempt is provided in advance of use. Each Lessee must provide an "ACORD" certificate of liability insurance for a minimum amount of $1,000,000,00, specifying Ritz Theatre & LaVilla Museum, as "Additional Insured". Certificates must specify date(s) of use and coverage. SMG/Ticketmaster handles all ticket printing and sales for our facility.
